STAGE ONE

Questionnaire, Conversation, Clarify Goals

Stage One is the beginning of getting to know YOU—your goals, your audience, your values.

You’ll begin by filling out the questionnaire. From there, we’ll spend time talking through your project and clarifying your vision. You are the expert in your field. My job is to understand your goals and help you tell your story.

You’ll receive a proposal and contract outlining the objectives and parameters of the work.

STAGE TWO

Collateral, Down Payment, Schedule Work

Once the objectives of your project are clearly defined, you’ll collect all collateral relevant to the work. Depending on the nature of your project, these items may include: logos, branding guidelines, imagery, color schemes, and written copy. Any of the pieces you provide need to be final. Written copy needs to be the edited, final version. Work begins only after final files are delivered.

After you’ve made the 20% down payment, we will schedule the first draft, feedback deadlines, and final goal dates.

STAGE THREE

Drafts, Feedback, Final Payment, Files Delivered

Following the schedule of work outlined in Stage Two, you will be presented with the first draft for your review and feedback. This is important: only one concept will be delivered for this first draft. You want the best representation for your audience and your objectives from Stage One will be the roadmap to the solution.

Your feedback is vital. We’ll collaborate about changes, additions, and taking the first draft to the best iteration. We’ll work on it up to three rounds of edits so specific, attentive feedback in each round of edits is imperative.

When the final concept is agreed upon, I’ll send the final invoice. After receipt of payment, your files will be delivered to you and your message will be ready for the world.
